Another blow to the Mad Professor ...

Here is a recent post from a craps message board that does not like to give credit where credit is due, so I will return the favor:

I think everybody that uses this board would be heart-broken if your board went down, I would still be losing thousands if it wasn't for you and Irishsetter. I would still only be betting on myself, and would be missing out on some fantastic rolls at the tables. While I just play craps for the fun of it now, I was looking for something to do after I retired.

After reading some books and the accomplished trip reports on different crap boards, I surmised that I too could become a dice influencer. Well the journey was a costly one, until I read what you and Irishsetter were writing about dice influencers. It sounded to me that what you were saying in your writings was that, yes there are a sprinking of dice influencers that can get on large rolls, and they are merely getting lucky when they experienced their large rolls, just like everybody else. Even though they had skill with their shooting, you also needed some luck.

That was one of the points that had me thinking about what you were saying, unlike over on the Dice Institute, were I was led to believe (by it's co-owner Mad Professor), that I too could make fantastic money in my retirement just by playing craps. I was waiting for their Spring Fling where I thought that I would get to met their main writer, and the last living legend in the dice influeancers scene.

Unforgently I found out that he will always just be a legend, like the Captain, and that grown men can be made fools of too. You guys saved me when I realizing that I could be betting on everybody, and I would come out just about the same.
When I first bet on that hot chick in Caesars, and I made back 33 grand on her one roll, it was a life changing experience, if she could do it just by letting the dice fly down the table, why couldn't I do the same thing by setting the dice.
When the dice came to me I made 26 grand on my roll. I just felt that I couldn't do anything wrong after watching her roll. Don't ask how many rolls I had because, I was to caught up in the fun I was having at the time, and that was to long ago.

After reading what Irishsetter wrote about MP (Mad Professor), and that he just might be a wheelchair-bound quadriplegic, with research tools that would allow him to do research on all the casinos around the world. That was the real wake-up call for me.
After my trip to Uruguay with my old girl friend, where it was fun in the sun and the great night life, I have been practicing again, and I have moved on to a different girl friend that is a few years older, I couldn't keep up with the last one, she was just to young, for an old guy like me.
I will still go to Vegas as it's a fun-filled life style, and when I go out, I'm going out with a bang, I hope to continue following your forum, and maybe see a book out of you and Irishsetter.
I would like to see a chapter or two on betting, where everybody could learn something about the game, I have been betting what they all say is Hawaiian style, after meeting a few of the Hawaiians that come into Caesars, yes I know that it isn't the best way there is to bet, and that I will take some big hits betting this way, especially with big money on the tables.
With the new girl friend, we spend a lot of time taking in the shows, and going to the many fine restaurants that Vegas has to offer.
If you close down your forum, none of the players would be able to read any reality about craps, you guys have a great way of educating your forum members, keep up the good work, and maybe come back with a class once a year, if I took your class to start with, I wouldn't have been losing thousands of dollars, what was I thinking, when I was reading about the living legend?
Thanks please keep up the board, some of us do not like to post, but love reading the knowledge that you and others have on this forum.
I'm back in Vegas for a few weeks, and maybe will do a trip rport before we leave again.

Thanks
Bigbill
